I'm Sean Martin and I'd like to invite you to browse through our site to get familiar with our operation. I have been running halibut fishing charters out of Homer since 1978 and have many years of experiences and stories to share. I first started halibut fishing on a 6-passenger boat and after 8 years we felt the need to add a larger vessel to our fleet. In doing so I also found that the spaciousness of our boat, the 53 foot "Irish", proved to me that I never wanted to run a 6-passenger boat again.

Fun Fishing is priority number one on the “Irish”. Passengers are always welcome in the wheelhouse to swap fish stories or see the operation of the boat and we do our best to make you feel comfortable in our “summer home”.There's always wildlife to see and on most days beautiful views ofuninhabited islands, glaciers and snow-capped volcanoes. Bring your camera and lets make some memories!

New 2017 Halibut Fishing Regulations from the IPHC

You are allowed 2 halibut per person per day, one of any size and one 28 inches or less (this has not changed from last year).
No charter fishing for halibut on Wednesday the entire season and on Tuesday July 18 and July 25 and August 1.
We are available for salmon charters and wildlife tours on Wednesdays.
You are allowed a total of 4 charter caught halibut per person per year.
